What We Do
Production Enhancement Services
A global market leader in the supply of fast-track, modular production facilities.
Our services are at the heart of our business — dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our clients in the oil and gas industry. From appraisal through to mature-field production, optimisation and enhancement, we provide cost-effective, fit-for-purpose systems engineered for the most demanding upstream operations in the Gulf of Thailand and beyond.

01 · Flow Assurance
Well Unloading
Production Solutions delivered the first Automated Well Unloading Unit (WUU) to a customer in South East Asia — enhancing oil production and reserves while reducing greenhouse-gas emissions in an offshore field. The operator challenged our Production Enhancement division to design, engineer and fabricate a mobile package deployable in under 16 weeks, with minimum footprint, lifts under 10 MT, Class 1 Div. 2 rating and a SIL 2 rated PLC for control and shutdown — operable remotely from the normally-unmanned PLQ. We built a bespoke, first-of-class Auto Well Unloading Package comprising choke manifolds, separation equipment, Class 1 Div. 2 gas compression, electrically-driven surface pumps, a control/shutdown system and all utilities needed to put low-pressure wells back onto production.
02 · Reservoir
Water Injection — SWIMS & PRISM
Production Solutions delivered the first Semi-Automated Sea Water Injection Mobile System (SWIMS), designed to increase recovery efficiency through waterflooding small, marginal offshore oil reservoirs in the Gulf of Thailand. Our division designed, engineered and fabricated a bespoke, first-of-class SWIMS — dual seawater lift pumps with removable hanger, an automatic seawater coarse filter, a chemical injection package, a vertical treated-water buffer tank and dual Class 1 Div. 2 electrically-driven multistage centrifugal injection pumps. The brain of the package is a central, Class 1 Div. 2 rated PLC control and shutdown system, allowing remote operation with CCTV monitoring from the PLQ.

03 · Pressure Systems
Gas Compression
Production Solutions provides comprehensive, innovative compression and gas-process systems for a wide range of enhanced production recovery applications, whether offshore or onshore. We have rapidly expanded our natural-gas compression fleet over the past three years and have complete in-house facilities and engineering for the design and packaging of bespoke, automated and remotely-operated systems.
04 · Commissioning
Pipeline Flushing
Production Solutions delivered two compact Pipeline Flushing Units (PLFU) to a customer in the Gulf of Thailand in under 8 weeks — a modular, low-cost flushing and decommissioning alternative to traditional packages. Each comprises dual seawater lift pumps with removable hanger, dual seawater coarse filters, a chemical injection package and dual Class 1 Div. 2 electrically-driven flushing pumps. Both were fully assembled and FAT-tested with the client at our facilities in Ban Chang, Thailand. The solution was unique in its mobility and flexibility, fitting the client’s pay-as-you-go model with a small offshore footprint and high-reliability operation.

05 · Facilities
Early Production Facilities
With the rapid rise in oil prices, operators have strong incentive to begin production early while full field development is planned and permanent facilities are built. Early Production Facilities (EPFs) help customers bring new discoveries on stream quicker. Production Solutions designs and installs modular, fit-for-purpose EPFs worldwide, ranging from less than 10,000 bbls/day up to 100,000 bbls/day and 50–100 MMSCF/day. Our specialised, fast-track developments enable customers to create early cash flow with minimum outlay, and provide real-time production data to appraise reservoir performance before installing more expensive long-term facilities.
06 · Integrity
Flowback & Solids Removal
All Production Solutions filtration units are operated by experienced field personnel trained to the highest standards, with build codes following international industry standards. We have an increasing fleet of both dual and single-pot sand filters, with pressure ratings between 5,000 psi and 10,000 psi. They are designed to improve our clients’ analysis during testing operations, completion clean-ups and maximum sand-free rate tests. The packages are skid-mounted and fully certified for offshore projects, and our specifically-engineered units give the smallest footprint currently available in the market today.
